Preparing settlement demands meant working through medical records and case facts to understand the full story of an injury, its impact, and the value of the case. That legal work mattered because stronger preparation gave attorneys a stronger foundation to advocate for their clients and pursue the compensation their cases deserved. But much of the process remained manual, difficult to standardize, and constrained by available resources.
